Bella Vino Wine - Charles

The food was fabulous, but it took an hour between receiving our 1st dish until we received our 2nd dish, and we didn't see our server for 45 minutes. Next to us was a group who was very loud and had no less than 5 people waiting on them.

The gooey butter cake with cinnamon ice cream was amazing. I paired it with the espresso martini and I think it was one of the most delicious combinations I’ve had. I highly recommend!

We were disappointed that the fondue came on a small iron skillet that they lit it, the cheese bubbles but it cooled off and it didn't have much flavor. We were expecting a fondue pot.

And the dessert—the bread pudding is a must-try, rich and satisfying to cap off a wonderful dining experience. Overall, Bella Vino offers a charming and satisfying culinary escape in the heart of historic St. Charles ... on St Charles main street facing the historic streets! I went for a friend's birthday dinner. The food and drinks were amazing. The music and decor were great. Our server was also very kind and explained the process to us very clearly the start of our meal.Parking: The sidewalk is very high from the street. Don't park too close or you won't be able to get your doors open
