Zen Noodle - Charles Town

Not bad! I arrived a little after 1 AM and ordered the Pork Lo Mein. The place was quite busy, but I only had to wait about 15-20 minutes after placing my order. The only downside was having to walk through the casino to get there—it's not really my scene. However, it's a great option for takeout or if you enjoy gambling!

Terrible food and service! They messed up my order, and what I received were just scraps of dried-up batter and skin, with hardly any chicken meat.

The tempura shrimp was disappointing, surrounded by thick noodles and just a few bits of green onion.

The employee at the counter was shouting at customers and even threw their food onto the counter! When the situation was addressed with the manager, the employee admitted their behavior without any remorse, and the manager took no action. It seems they don't care at all about their professionalism. If they are willing to throw food in front of customers, what are they possibly doing when we aren’t watching?
