Abolitionist Ale Works - Charles Town

Stopped by during a brief stay in Charles Town. Nicole is a welcoming and outstanding bartender who makes you feel like a regular. Katrina was also very engaging and welcoming and made us feel right at home. The beer was every bit as good as the staff. Look forward to returning!

I'd love to write something nice about the food/beer since everyone else seems to love it, but sadly, we didnt get the opportunity to try either. Despite the bar side being practically empty, we were completely ignored to the point that we walked out. There was 1 customer who walked in the door ahead of us and sat at the bar. Happy atmosphere, the beer selection can satisfy all pallette. A must if in Charles Town. No Uber to take you back.

Went later in the evening to try some drinks. Everyone was very friendly, and our server was helpful and very polite. Tried their West Funkin Virginia Cran Ginger for their Christmas in July event coming up soon, and for someone who doesn't like beer, I loved it. Didn't get food, but plan to come back and try some soon.
