Chermanne - Charleroi

Treated like royalty for my mom's birthday! The dishes were elegant and reasonably priced. Excellent wine recommendations. This wasn't my first time and certainly won't be my last! Thank you for the top-notch service and cuisine!

Chermanne offers inventive and sophisticated cuisine. In addition to the à la carte menu, there are 3 set menus with 4 courses each. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food. The service is excellent and the staff is very welcoming. If you are looking for a great restaurant, especially in the Centre de Charleroi area, Chermanne is the place to go. I have been there twice already and will definitely be going back again. Just make a reservation and you will have a delightful dining experience.

Yesterday I went to the carleroi chermanne. What strikes in the eyes in the kitchen of stéphane chermanne, it is his heart of craftsman and the resulting cuisine... this passionate chef, offers creative seasonal dishes that have taste. Just browse the menu to see that the chef has this will to do otherwise by staying simple and generous. In addition, he honours local producers and vegetables from his vegetable garden... desserts are provided by the pastry "cédric lust". The room is beautifully decorated... the service, as for him, is casual... rolled chicken with Chinese spices, sparkling with soy poppy croquette and smoked trout, mustard veal juice with the old roasted marcassin back, slice of fried polenta, red cabbage, juice reduced to red wine dessert of the moment by “cédric lust”. price range : €€
