Hayashi Mayple Japanese - Chardon

It was okay, not great, not horrible, but just okay. I miss Hibachi Japanese Steakhouse, they knew how to season their food and bring the flavor.Hayashi lacks flavor. They could benefit greatly from salt and pepper.

Hayashi Mayple has excellent food. They have the best sushi and the menu, appetizers and drinks are extensive. The restaurant is on street level and has beautiful low lighting and very clean. Nice place for dinner. Fun to watch the chef make sushi rolls. Very clean. Staff all friendly. Had the miso soup which had a good flavor and was delicious. Had the gyoza. They were very good and the dipping sauce was so tasty. Will definitely be back.Food: 5/5
