Franco's Pizza Plus - Chardon

Frank, the man who runs the place has won multiple international and national competitions for his pizza and his food tastes like it. It is probably the best pizza I've ever had. I'll be going back soon.

Great pizza, Worst Catering!! Food served was mostly cold. Potatoes were rotten. Did not provide what was in the contract. What else? Poor service, they practically tossed the rolls to our tables. Couldn't do a bread basket? People were scrounging for silverware. We actually ate with a silver fork and a plastic knife! They were told the creamer for the coffee ran out, and actually said that's not our job! Really?? They made the coffee, and couldn't refill the creamer? He always has an excuse for EVERYTHING! He seems like a nice guy and that's one reason we went with him, now we're sorry we did. We had a fantastic time despite the awful catering. We actually think he owes us money for what was not provided!

Pizza made from a shipped in pizza dough shell. Large pizza is same size as an extra large , but costs $1.00 more! That says it all.

Well I called ahead and ordered myself a small pizza and was told that it would be 15 20 minutes. I gave it the full 20 minutes and when I arrived to pick up my pizza the young lady told me that nobody made it yet. 10 minutes later it was done and my total came to $5.00. I paid with a $20 but they did not have enough change. Finally between all of the employees they came up with the change. During my wait for my pizza I had the opportunity to observe the kitchen making pizzas. I have been in the food service business for 25 years and I could tell that this place was not well run and the staff in need a basic sanitation classes. However the pizza was good.

You have got to be kidding me. This guy opened up another pizza place. Channel 8 needs to some background on these people before they put him on TV. This guy was run out of Avon Lake for screwing everyone in town. He owed money to just about everyone. He stuck me, his landlord, for $4000 back rent and damages he did to the unit as he moved out in the middle of the night. He didn't pay his employees. He even poured concrete in all the sewer lines when he moved out. Look at the Avon Lake police report on this guy as he moved out. I'm sure you fine it very interesting. The unit was so dirty when he left, I can't believe the health department didn't shut him down. I'm bet his new place is just as bad. Then he files bankruptcy. What a looser and then they put him on TV. What was Channel 8 thinking.
