Subway - Chapel Hill

Order online first time normally come in an order never an issue. There is a box whereas can write how subway can be made but this was ignored. I called the person was pleasant but inform me nothing she could do on the issue of not following the directions on the box on how you wanted made due to manager not there. Heard someone stated she did but I looked at the Sub and could see it was not followed. I alway tip and I felt that it did not matter it’s just a Sub. Unfortunate will not go to this particular Subway

This is the most poorly run Subway that I have ever experienced. They are always out of something; today it was bread. A sandwich shop that is out of bread. The employees always act like it is an inconvenience when customers walk in. The posted phone number for this location doesn't work, and if they make on outgoing call, like they did today to tell me they were out of bread, the caller ID is blocked. There are much better lunch options in Chapel Hill, and I would recommend any of them over this Subway.

Forget about me the service was great the girl was there by herself it was damn near closing time but the bread was hard my only complaint Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
