Dunkin' - Chapel Hill

Had a pleasant experience, staff was nice. Donuts were fresh and delicious. The staff loved them.

They are short staffed I understand but they are lazy also. Not to mention the 2nd hand smoke you have to walk through when the staff is outside smoking with friends. Trashy is word I would use.

Do not go there Idk if the owner just gave up or is being cheap and just hiring people who can?t perform simple task Waited 30 min for a coffeee ??? Multiple mistakes Not enough ppl I just wouldn?t recommend ppl to go there

Yup it?s a dunkin in a gas station. Convenient at best, waste of time at worst. I wish there were more people working at a time because there is always one guy just scrambling to take orders, prepare online orders, make food, and work the register??? I think hiring more ppl would both hasten the process of ordering here as well as give that poor guy a break! It would truly elevate the dining experience tenfold.

The staff did their duties but were totally without any enthusiasm. The donuts were adequate but stale and the coffee was not up to the usual for Dunkin.
