Przekaż informację zwrotnąI went a few weeks ago and although my coffee was good (I got a hot icy vanilla latte, and a sourdough bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich,) that was also good, but there was no knife to cut the sandwich in the half and I was standing up to see if they had any knives and nobody was available to ask. also one of the young at the front(workers) seemed to play rap music from his phone. very unprofessional and annoying for the customers who sat in the restaurant, tried to enjoy their meal. my friend tried to use the app to get hash browns with their order (I think free) and the people at the front did not know how they could find them in the app (they should be able to know how to use the app when they work there in my opinion) so my friend was not happy about it. I don't think we'll come back here until they get even more profis in the front who know what they're doing, otherwise I don't have any complaints for my coffee and my sandwich.
I asked for a cappuccino but I had latte. When I said no I want cappuccino, I had a eye rolling...very rude and disrespectful. Had a bad day because of that. Nobody wants to be treated this way.. If you ignore the difference between two coffee just erase one of them from the menu!And if the staff have bad mood in the morning, they probable should try another shift.
Honestly at first I though it was just because of all the new hires since my orders are always wrong. Unfortunately I see that its just pure laziness.And the new staff will really try to tell you that you don’t know your order and they made it right… when obvious things are wrong. Like no milk… burnt food…To many things wrong and nobody fixes anything.If this wasn’t the only Dunkin in the area I would not be coming back.
Do not use them if they need a large order. the app allows ordering on the day before, takes its credit card, confirms the order and plans a pick-up time. I stopped at 2 hours before I had to make sure they had the job, but the load didn't get the job. I asked if I could buy the donuts. instead of finding a helpful solution, the person (speakably a manager) has instructed me to use the app that they did not go the day before (although I,) told me I should have called (the phone number publicly does not work) then would not place my order as I needed to say: “I cannot sell them because we have ordered online orders already”. all the time they yell at me. as they were rude and involuntary to help me, I went to rise carrboro, the 5 dozen premium donuts of my choice in 1 hour.
