Traditional Chapecó snack bar. We ordered an artisan burger and Xis The snack is very dry, even too much for my taste. I believe that the fried ingredients are made in advance, and heated immediately due to the lack of moisture in the meat, bacon and chicken hearts, to speed up the preparation of the snacks, as they have a high demand from customers. Personally, I didn 't like the snack because of its dryness, impossible to eat without sauces. You arrive at the end of the snack and the bread is dry, with no juice from the meat or other ingredients. I wouldn 't go back, but I think it 's an option for people who don 't like greasy snacks or wet bread at the end.
