Lotus Vegetarian - Chantilly

Best Pho I've ever had. I'm from Hawaii so I've had my fair share of pho. Honestly the best pho I've ever had. Service was lacking a little. The servers were very nice but they just seemed a little unorganized. If you can get past the unorganization or get take out.. You will love it!

I've been there a couple times and the food is okay! I wish it was less frying and more fresh. I just think they can do so much better not everyone that is vegan likes things drowning in sauces or fried!

Excellent Asian Veggie dishes. especially they try their watercrest advertising soup (the winton is soy protein.)
