Holiday Inn Chantilly-dulles Expo (arpt) An Ihg

The ONLY thing this hotel has going for it is the location. The rooms are dirty, old, and stink. They are not kept up with (ripped curtains, torn carpet, dust along all floorboards, rust in shower stalls, etc. The customer service rep at the desk was fine to check in but when I asked about the park and ride (which was advertised on the website) she was rude and got even worse when I showed her how gross my shower was. Unfortunately my son was already asleep when I noticed the shower so we had to stay there. I will NEVER spend the night here nor recommend it to anyone. They clearly just want to make and don’t care about the people staying in their hotel.We had stayed here once before and I thought it was a little sketchy then, but this experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had, and I travel a lot. (I’ve been in 12+ hotels in the last two months alone.)Rooms: Rooms were dirty and not kept up well at all. Wouldn’t shower in it because the shower was so gross. Rooms were not kept clean or taken care of.Noteworthy details: Staff was fine checking in but was incredibly rude upon bringing up my concerns about the dirtiness of the room and park and ride which was, at the time, advertised on their website.

Fantastic service from the lady working the evenings at the desk! She helped me with several things, including offering a shuttle so that we didn't have to drive. Very clean, comfortable hotel near anything that we needed...attractions, stores, restaurants. We would stay here again!

Room was average. However our room had a shower and the floor of the shower was super slippery. There were no grab bars and had to put a towel down to prevent slipping.

Hotel was very outdated. The bathrooms were designed incredibly awkward and while in the shower the drain backed up. The room smelled so bad that at 12:30 in the morning we had to move rooms. The front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful, however we will definitely not be going back.

Price was very expensive for the quality of the room offered. Bathroom had no ventilation. Carpet was dirty, and room was very dusty, with no room service offered. Swimming pool was also under repair during time of visit. Staff was also unfriendly. The only good thing was the location.
