Arby's - Channahon

The service was fast at the counter. Food came out quick as well. I must say I was quite impressed. I asked for the order to be dine in. I was given it to go. The food was not so satisfying. The fries were cold, and the sandwich was put together like a toddler did an art project. The table I sat at was not where I wanted to sit, There were a lot of dirty tables and no customers dining in. Plenty of staff available. I guess they just didn't care or had little supervision.

Was skeptical of the reviews. However, I was craving Arby's at wanted to see for myself. Received the food and could instantly notice once I unwrapped the beef and cheddar the ingredients were old. Sandwich was a little above luke warm, and taste was edible for someone who is quite hungry. It was a Sunday night around 7pm as well.

Haven’t had Arby’s in over 20 years… came for the the good burger meal multiple times.. only able to get burger because shake machine been down for weeks.. not the experience I wanted after not being a customer for over 20 years .. won’t be back ever no matter what endorsement comes around

They don't have Curly fries no more, they were delicious.

One thing I don't mind is paying our countries domino inflated prices... FOR FRESH FOOD...thanks team, the old man (fresh fish plain, with crinkle fries)Dietary restrictions: I only eat fish, fruits and vegetables
