The food was very delicious tasty, atmosphere is lovely too. It's a family business and they do everything to make you happy and gave us complimentary desert, drinks. Definitely we are coming back

Excellent food with very large portions. Certainly feed 2 if you have a starter. The bread they serve each time is warm and tasty. Recommend the mixed fillet platter and any salad. We were there regularly. OK service a bit slow from time to time, but hey, what's the rush. You're on holiday. Owner and waiting staff very pleasant and accommodating. Certainly will be visiting again next time in Crete.

Exceptional in all aspects. Large menu that actually is very good on everything we have ordered. Better than expected and surely a jewel. Don't be confused by the other taverns close by. Be sure to go to the right place...Elpis

The owner is super nice. We were there ignorantly 40 minutes before the opening time and were still very nicely received and let in. As a free appetizer there were delicious homemade bread and a kind of tomato herbal paste and water. The menu had a very large extent and traditional Cretan and international dishes. The prices were relatively favourable. I had Spicy pork and my wife lamb klefkada. Both were super delicious. The portions were so huge that we had dinner the next day. There was also half a liter of white wine on the house. There were still free cakes and Raki for dessert. Here we eat well and cheaply and felt very comfortable. We had some excellent sword fish, local vegetable stew, cheese pie, spinach pie, greek salad, grilled cheese, and cheese stuffed mushrooms. Everything was great and arrived very quickly. The service was friendly and attentive. Food was well priced too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
