The triple play they offer is somewhat misleading. It claims that you can choose an entree, a pasta, and a salad or vegetable. However, what you actually get is a pasta dish, a piece of bread, and a salad. When I inquired about what the entree was, the staff seemed confused and told me that my entree was just the pasta. Additionally, when she asked what drink I wanted with the meal, I was charged extra for that as well.

I visited this place for a slice of pepperoni pizza before an 8 PM showing of Halloween Kills, and unfortunately, about an hour into the movie, I started experiencing a headache and stomach discomfort. There was definitely something off with the pizza. When I got home, I felt quite ill from it. I kept having pizza-related burps (among other unpleasant symptoms). It was not a pleasant experience. I usually only post reviews when I have an exceptionally good or bad experience, and this one clearly falls into the latter category. I'm not trying to bash the restaurant; I just want to warn others to avoid feeling unwell like I did.

During my visit to the restaurant, there was a misunderstanding while I was placing my order. The short Hispanic woman who took my order misheard me and got it wrong. When I politely repeated my order, she seemed frustrated and started speaking in Spanish, implying that I was foolish. What she didn't realize is that I am also Hispanic, so I felt compelled to address the situation. I believe she could have handled it more gracefully and simply corrected the mistake without any drama. Having worked in customer service myself as a manager, I think this employee needs to work on her attitude.

So I was there the other day and I got hungry so i decided to see what they had to eat at the food court, this place was the only place with no line, so i should?ve taken that as a red flag. When looking at the pizza the man that was working there was lowkey aggressive, like sir please calm down this is pizza. Anyways, THERE WERE TWO ROACHES!!! ON THE FOOD!!! I was flabbergasted, I was appalled, I was too stunned to speak. I didn?t say anything to that man and I wish I took some photos or something because those roaches were there like the cooked the pizza?!?! like no thank you, have a good day, save your money, save yourself from getting sick.

This by far is the worst pizza I?ve ever had. I was always excited to go to any mall and eat villa pizza. I can tell they changed the cheese And purchase cheaper ingredients. Sad day ????
