The Ostrich - Chandler

What a fantastic discovery! I wouldn't have known about this place if I hadn't consulted Google. While I was in downtown Chandler, I spotted The Crust but had no idea there was a hidden gem downstairs. Just look for the orange lamp on the side and head down the stairs. The ambiance is wonderful, filled with cool history from 1912. The drink menu is extensive, and you even have the option to create your own beverage. The portion sizes are impressively large, even beyond what's listed on the menu! We ordered the highest pizza and the spicy sausage rigatoni, both of which were delicious, and now we have leftovers for tomorrow! The staff and manager are incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this spot!

I really like this Talkeasy-style bar. The furniture is roomy and appealing, which contributes to a cozy yet intimate atmosphere. The music is a bit loud and can be distracting, but I get that they likely want to keep up the energy. I sampled several of the craft cocktails and enjoyed most of them, although some were a bit hit or miss. For me, the Last Mango In Mexico was an amazing spicy cocktail and my absolute favorite of the night.

This is one of our favorite restaurants on the West Coast. The atmosphere is fantastic, and I had one of the best drinks of my life here (the Last Mango in Mexico). We also tried the truffle fries, which were incredible.

I'd recommend drinking her Clover Club. Soooo creamy delicious if you like raspberry, you will love it! Pros- super sweet, dark, fun, cool atmosphere. I loved the facility. I wish I had Wifi while I was down there, though lol! Fun for a date night! The drinks were funny. The food was not amazing, but decent! No internet connection, no matter what we tried. Kept tried to pull the menu, but could not bc of it. Parking can be interesting bc of how busy it can get!

Nice hidden place. Pretty small but they decorate it well. Noisy and crowded. Food was great.... comes from Crust Italian restaurant upstairs. Bring a flashlight.
