Przekaż informację zwrotnąI waited for what felt like nearly 20 minutes, although it was only a few minutes for the croissant thanks to the cashier who prepared it for me. Meanwhile, a woman and her daughter came in and quickly got their drinks, as did another mother with her child, while I stood there waiting for my single drink. I was just trying to keep myself occupied by looking at the items on the shelves. This experience has been one of the worst in terms of service! It wasn't until the same person who made my croissant asked the other staff members about my drink that they finally started to prepare it. One of the other employees looked at me, seemingly surprised that I had been waiting. I couldn't believe it! It felt as if she had just ignored me. I wonder if she thought I was being rude or if something was off. I definitely felt like I was being treated unfairly, and I am still quite irked by the whole situation! Thank goodness I finally got my order, but it really left a bad impression.
Unfortunately, it seems that the new management has really changed the dynamics of this load. baristas seem low and discouraged as late. a barista even told me that the new store manager created a stressful work environment. I hope someone from the firm looks into it because I miss seeing the smiles on my happy baristas.
Should have ordered a grande instead of a venti since that’s all they are serving anyways.
The morning crew is THE BEST in the biz! Everyone is always so welcoming and even through the pandemic they keep smiling! I won’t go to any other location.
I love this Starbucks and come here all the time, to sit and relax or to get a quick drink via drive through. Customer service is always great and environment is very relaxed and good for working.This morning I ordered a Honey Citrus Mint Tea, but they were out. I ordered a regular mint instead and they surprised me by adding honey and lemonade to turn it into a Honey Citrus Mint Tea and it came out really tasty. It's a small courtesy, but it really helps show that they value customer satisfaction.
