Rosati's Pizza - Chandler

Our pizza arrived with the wrong toppings, and no one wanted to eat it. The chef sandwich came with the wrong bread and no cheese—just meat on un toasted bread in a box. When we called to address the issue, they refused to deliver the correct food. We were offered no alternatives and no refund. In the end, we had to throw everything out, and now everyone is still hungry.

Wow! I ordered online and encountered an issue where my order didn't include any pizza sauce. I called the store, and they weren't very friendly, but they did agree to remake it before hanging up on me. I lowered my expectations, but to my surprise, the pizza was fantastic! I had stopped ordering from here for a while, but I regret that decision—this was some of the best pizza I've ever had!

I ordered a thin crust pizza, mozzarella sticks, and a 2-liter soda. When my order arrived, I was informed that they didn't have a 2-liter available, so they replaced it with four 20-ounce drinks. I think that's a really thoughtful gesture! Many pizza places would have just refunded the drink without any explanation. As for the pizza, it’s fantastic and absolutely worth trying! I highly recommend giving this place a visit!

The thin crust pizza had a generous amount of sauce and cheese. I usually ask for extra sauce and forgot so I was happy. I could have used a bit more veggies. This location is better and offers more discounts than the one near me. I look forward to opportunities to get my favorite pizza at my favorite location.

Pretty disappointed. I ordered a deep dish pizza bbq chicken for delivery. Also we had an Italian beef sandwich, and tiramisu. Sandwich was great and the tiramisu was nicely chilled. Thawed it a bit and then enjoyed it. However, we had opened up the box for the pizza and found very little chicken or cheese. The bbq sauce was so deep that it was pouring out of the pizza into the box when we pulled the first slice?and pouring fast. I couldn?t find cheese anywhere. Deep dish pizzas usually have a bit more of the toppings to make up for the extra volume. In this case they hit it with normal amounts of topping that would be expected on a thin crust and then filled the rest to the top with sauce. We worked through one slice and sent the rest to the garbage. It was like eating a bbq chicken sandwich with one piece of chicken on it and a bottle of sauce too. One of many pizza making truths is that nobody wants deep dish pizza because they love bread and sauce. They do it because deep dish pies hold more toppings than the normal hand tossed or thin crust. That?s why they are more pricey. So disappointed. Won?t buy pizza there again.
