Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis place sucks. The food is always cold. They close at 10 a.m., but if you leave at 930, everything is shut down and thrown away and they have no food left. So they really close at 830 they go at exactly 10 a.m. on a Friday night. What a joke.
Went inside to order. Stood in line. Watched an employee at the cash register get down onto the ground, reach his hands under the counter, touching the floor (in order to retrieve a fallen item). The employee DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS AFTER BEING ON THE GROUND. He then continued handling food items, cookies, and packing to-go boxes, and then attempted to try to take my order. I asked the employee if he washed his hands after being on the ground; he said no, then turned to wash them. I then walked out as that is disgusting and as unsanitary as it gets. Shame on that employee and this location.
We 've had notoriously poor experiences at most Panda Express locations, so this was nothing new. $45 order from this location. Beef and Broccoli had literally 2.5 pieces of beef and tons of broccoli. My wife orders the same thing every time which comes with two orders of the honey walnut shrimp. Two orders of shrimp from here was six pieces. And you have to pay extra when you do honey walnut shrimp. It was an absolute joke. I only got a picture of the broccoli beef that I dumped out of the box onto my take out lid. I called the manager and she said that next time we order, she 'll make sure that the employee responsible, does it correctly. Well thank you for bending over backwards to make it right and assuming, incorrectly, that there will be a, next time. *Update* (4/21/22) We had an order go sideways tonight from Uber Eats and I called and talked to a, Tamera, who stated she was the assistant manager. She listened quietly while I ranted, and I would like to say that I was polite, but I 'm ashamed to say that I wasn 't. She listened quietly and then when I was done, apologized profusely for the mistake and made it right. I 'm super impressed with her. She is old school customer service and will no doubt be heading upstairs from where she is. As long as she has anything to do with this location, we will be customers there. Thank you Tamera for actually caring about my order in the complete madness that is happening right now. Amazing work.
Really friendly staff. Fresh egg rolls, they came right out of the fryer and it only took like 7 minutes. The reason why I?m giving 4 stars is because my chao main was burned so I didn?t love the taste. Will go back tho. Small chao main, 4 egg rolls, no drinks $12.
Was super busy and was not ready. however, the personal coughing and got all supplied with a smile on the face! great service! food: 4/5
