Mcdonald's - Chandler

This place taught me a thing always double check her order before leaving the running gear thru. my order was incomplete, did not receive the hühnerburger and pommes. I didn't get what I ordered. fischburger was not well done either. they obviously go on orders with several food items.

I was deeply disappointed today 9/11 at 16:45 a.m. when I took my family to dinner at this place. I have lived 3 years in the common ocotillo and I have visited many mcdonalds my whole life as many other patrons of the legendary brand mcdonald. this situation has evolved ever worse since one because and still goes downhill. first impressions are all and a dirty restaurant is not a good first impression. the personal is young and completely unskilled to my observation. what enables me to say, I have been in food business for many years as a young adult when I walked into the street. the layer manager has no idea how to manage people. what triggered this review was how dirty the restaurant was from playland to the kitchen, the place needs a good deep cleaning. the layer manager was aware of it when I brought it to her attention, but she says they are too busy. that's not an excuse. my first job was in the early 90s at arby’s and our manager ensured that the infilial front in the kitchen was clean for the majority of the day. I hope they will correct this, I know that good help is hard to find. but to teach someone how to clean up does not take much mathematic or a lot of school.

I’ve specifically asked to make sure the order was correct the last 3 times I’ve visited this location and it’s been wrong every time. I don’t visit McDonald’s often but next I’m I do, I will avoid this location. Probably won’t be visiting again anyway.

The gentlemen working outside at the menus were very polite. Felt bad that the company has them standing out here in the heat. One was training you could tell. He needed help but both were kind. This McDonalds has lots of teens working and they are all pretty kind. My food was super hot and fresh.
