Terrible service, incorrect order, chicken was old, falling apart. someone needs to manage this place or close it!

Kind of crazy here. Stopped by at 11 am on a Sunday. They told us right away at the drive thru, Just so you know, we only have 20 pieces of chicken. No problem, we wanted a 12 piece and a chicken sandwich. Nope, out of chicken sandwiches. It was 11 am. Went for tenders meal with a Mtn Dew. Ah, nope. We have Diet Pepsi and Dr Pepper. Okay! Keeping it simple, I get that. At the window to pay, kind of a random comment about the card we used to pay. Oh, one of these cards. Come on, people. Chicken was fine, but mostly tiny pieces and one weirdly shaped gigantic breast piece. Nashville hot tenders weren 't hot.

WAS NOT EVEN ORIGINAL RECIPE FLAVOR! Just ordered Original Recipe combo. Unreal. They were out of soda and napkins. Said they were ?waiting for the truck.? This was not ANY KFC recipe. They substituted a ?batter? from some other source! Wow! Crazy! Pretty bad when you fake out customers with a generic batter that has NO FLAVOR WHATSOEVER.

Today?s experience was initially frustrating however the manager on duty deserves a raise for his professionalism and willingness to correct the issue. I come from food industry and normally don?t complain but today I did and I had a great response. I?m not sure the managers name but I feel he deserves recognition for his work ethic and staff. If he reads this I hope he accepts my apology for my rudeness. KFC do right by this guy and this location store #D212083. Angie was also for helpful. Thank you!

Ordered on the app, paid FULL PRICE. See photos. Clearly the mashed potatoes portion is NOT enough for 4. Then there were fried chicken breading crumbles in the cole slaw. Just look at the chicken, breading falling off.... overall disappointed.
