Pre-ordered 55 subs for our soccer teams for travel. They were fresh, delicious and enjoyed by all the boys! This establishment was easy to work with and accommodating of our needs. Friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Came in on Tuesday night, despite them having a huge line and lots of orders, Jack and Joe still were extremely friendly. This was my first time coming to the location and when I walked into the door these two greeted me with a huge smile. They werekilling it on the subs. Joe was doing hot subs and despite having a lot of subs did not mind making another one. Since it wassuper busy and my order took them awhile they were really nice and offered a free drink for the wait. But when I got home, the17 I ordered, was still warm and very well made. I will definitely be coming back here.

This restaurant location is struggling significantly. As a local resident, I have visited this establishment multiple times, but my most recent experience will be my last. I placed an online order for a 12:00pm pickup, arrived promptly at noon, and found that my order was not ready. Despite patiently waiting for ten minutes without anyone acknowledging me, I eventually inquired about my order and was informed that one of the two sandwiches I had ordered was still being made. After waiting an additional ten minutes, I finally received my order and left the restaurant more than 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. The lack of urgency and unpreparedness of the staff during lunch rush, especially on a busy football Sunday, was unacceptable for a sandwich shop. I will now be visiting a different location of the same chain that is closer to my house, as I would rather drive a little farther than risk another long wait for my food. This location is in need of new management and/or staff urgently.

I usually enjoy coming to this restaurant location often, but I was not greeted at all tonight, which is unusual for me. Additionally, there is always a wait, which I don't mind, but I think the restaurant should consider improving their system for online orders. Customers who place online orders should not have to wait in line with walk-ins, they should have a separate and more efficient process.

The sandwiches at this restaurant are consistently fresh and delicious. The staff are all friendly, but Allen stands out for his exceptional sandwich-making skills.
