Dunkin' - Chandler

I came here for coffee but after my last experience, I will not be returning. The employee named Velvet was extremely rude and lazy. When I asked for ice cream, she told me the ice machine was downstairs. It felt like being at McDonald's. It seemed like the machine had just been cleaned, but Velvet was too lazy to do it herself. Thank you, Velvet, for causing the loss of my business.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. They never brought me almond milk when I asked for it, despite my allergy. They would just leave it sitting in the back when they didn't feel like working.

I also enjoyed the Baskin Robbins ice cream at the restaurant. Yum! There were only a few cups available and no cones, likely due to current supply shortages.

One of the worst looking and tasting donuts looked out the Boston cream instead of it filled with crème it was sucked out and looked like a bloated prune stale tasting same with glaze donut the glaze was flaky that tells me that it's from a minute or 2 or 3 sucks next time I just go to bosa, not try to go back

Kyree is so pleasant and polite always has a smile. Love going here when he works
