Charleys Philly Steaks - Chandler

The staff is incredibly friendly, which is a definite highlight. However, the food was rather disappointing, especially considering the price. We ordered the items shown in the picture along with two 16 oz drinks, and the total came to over $28. While the service was great, the food did not meet expectations.

The staff were friendly, but the prices were outrageous. I ordered the classic Philly cheesesteak, and it didn’t even have enough meat to fill the bun. I also tried the ultimate fries, but they were a joke—$4 for some bacon bits and a bit of cheese sauce. The portion sizes were tiny, and we spent $30 for two meals, yet we left feeling hungry. I won’t be returning.

The dining choices at the Premium Outlet were quite limited, but I’m really glad we chose Charleys Cheesesteaks! I went for their special, the Fiesta Cheesesteak, along with a new dish they have – the Fiesta Cheese Fries. Thankfully, I was hungry because I finished everything! To top it off, I ordered a blueberry lemonade that was absolutely delicious and refreshing! Charleys has definitely gained a new loyal customer!

Very satisfying food even with the smallest size. Not busy. Friendly food preparer; so so for the cashier.

For a fast food place, their cheese steak and fries are great together. Although, a little more meat and a little less sauce would be okay with me. Little bit of a language barrier when ordering. Recommended.
