Went here and there were 2 cars in drive thru. Ordered via my app at 6:53. I pulled up to the drive thru and they said they didn’t see the order that sometimes it takes a few minutes to come through so I said okay I’ll pull up to the window and wait. As I pulled up to the window they turned off all the lights except a couple in back. I waited a few more minutes still no one came to the window. It showed that they should have been open until 8pm and again I placed my order a 6:53. I pulled around and knocked on the door to their dining room. I saw them moving around and looking out at me. I asked to speak to the manager. Still no answer and no manager. This was all well before 8pm. A couple of employees came out and said they were closed and I asked again to speak to the manager which they repeated they are closed and cannot help me. I finally found the spot on their app to report the issue. While I was typing out the report the manager came out and left without even acknowledging me. The biggest issue is the app took my order, took my money, they talked to me, knew I was there and ignored me. If the manager had just come to the drive through window explained to me why they were closing early and given me a refund or told me how to get a refund on their own company’s app then I would have been fine but to completely ignore me that’s the worst.I will never go to this Burger King ever again and hope the rest of you do the same. This is not the first time I have caught them closing early and I’m not talking about just during COVID. Well before and after COVID.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I tried to redeem my rewards but the manager told me I needed to spend an additional $1. I had to drive home to get my wallet and when I returned, there was another issue with the code. The manager was unhelpful and did not acknowledge the inconvenience of having to go back home. After a long day of work, I was left hungry and disappointed. I will not be returning to this restaurant again, especially after spending so much money to earn those rewards. They have lost a loyal customer.
