Przekaż informację zwrotnąI will give only 5 stars because a manager called stephen and chris ... when stephen works, the lines always disappear because he works that restaurant like no one business and they never run out of fries or eat, but he is also very personal and seems to take care of his customers in the opposite to some of the others. chris is also a very pleasant worker there, who actually cares about the customer and both of them always their order right. but I will say that a thing that everyone is not personal and that is cool, but if they are not a person, they should probably not work in an environment while their job consists of them to treat people all day. I will not mention any names of those who fall into the last category, but as for stephen and chris salute!!!
I'm sorry, I'm not gonna go back here. the last two times that I went to this particular place, I ordered the impossibility rug and the little frit. I didn't even have to eat, but I got food poisoning both times to eat within 6 hours. please do you like one, don't eat here. my partner has eaten a burger today and complained about the problems of the stomach. he experienced less symptome than I had, but still complained to feel uncomfortable. The MOD, Dawn, was extremely rude and appears to have ZERO customer service skills. I asked what is on the Southwest Bacon Whopper Jr and she mumbled something and rang it up without me even saying if I wanted it. My daughter ordered a milkshake b4 we left. When she asked if she could have a medium, Dawn rudely says, they 're only 1 size! Then finally makes it, even though there was only 1 other customer at that time, and literally slams it on the counter infront of her and walks off. She was consistently rude to all the customers we heard her speak to while we were eating. If she hates her job so much, why not find a new one? I am a Restaurant General Manager and I can assure you I 've never spoken to even ONE guest in that tone, let alone just all around being a b* ' to them all. The DM needs to look closer at her and coach her how she 's supposed to treat people.
Was picking up an uber eats order at 8:30PM and their lobby was locked and the staff were rude for no reason. It's 8:30, why is your lobby even closed
