Black Rock Coffee - Chandler

My mom and I always go to Black Rock for coffee. Sometimes the drive-through is not working, so they take your order at the window, which is fine because the person working there is always nice and patient. The employees are quick to recommend items on the menu. However, I had a bad experience with the breakfast burrito, as it was freezer burnt and the sauce provided was flavorless. Despite this, the restaurant has a great reward system that my mom and I enjoy using. The staff may not be overly friendly, but they are efficient and fast.

The chai latte was good, but the chocolate croissant was awful - very dry and hard. I didn't know it was possible to make a bad croissant, but there's a first time for everything. It took the staff a while to bring it out to me, even though my drink was ready quickly, so it seems like there might be some chaos in the kitchen. The decor was cool, but the chairs were uncomfortable. The internet was also inconsistent. Overall, the experience was average.

I would rather go to Starbucks or Dutch brothers than sit in line a black rock coffee for a half hour. You have one job. Make coffee. Pretty sure you aren't paid to just stand there and give customers nasty looks. The environment was so hostile. Everyone was so angry because apparently they had been waiting a real long time for their coffee. I had to wait about 15 minutes.I can see why that might upset.Some people in the morning on the way to work.

I 'm a USMC veteran. I cannot believe how I was just treated at Black Rock Coffee. Sometimes I like to wear my cover and public because I am proud of my service. The young lady at the counter was extremely rude to me. She asked me what my hat was for and when I told her I was a retired marine she looked at me with a mean face and grunted. She then told me well This aint the Marine Corps, honey. So take a seat and your coffee will be ready when it 's ready. I then proceeded to sit there for over 20 minutes waiting for my coffee...If you are a Vet, STAY AWAY.

Horrible service. Girl at counter stands around talking. Doesn't do any work. Leaves customers waiting 30+ mins fir a coffee. If you're in a hurry don't go here.
