Black Angus Steakhouse Chandler

We ordered the mushroom and the bleu filet that was amazing. the menu is a bit confusing as it does not mention that two pages come along, but that was a welcome surprise. the meat was cooked to perfection and was very tasty, even as rest. it was a little pricy $75 tipp for two steaks, but it was a welcome night out.

It was not the best , for the price my food was not prepared correctly and the waitress I had was just awful.. it was my birthday and the manager came and did his best but the staff was a little to unpolished for a premium steakhouse and the prices for the amount of food and service make it a place I would not promote highly

Service and food were great. I definitely recommend Black Angus Steakhouse when you crave a nice juicy steak but don't want to pay the outrages so called up-scale steakhouse prices. At Black Angus Steakhouse you will get a cooked to perfection steak or they will do it over again. I do recommend that if there is a location that is larger in square footage that you go there as this venue is on the smaller size or at least make a reservation.

I had reservations for 7, the young man told me at the time of check in there was 3 parties ahead of me. Until 730 I continued to see him seat six parties ahead of me after confronting him on three different occasions. I had to speak with another hostess to get seated. Took well over an hour to get our food. It was cold, and poor service, just a very bad experience.

Good food and service, but really small portions in consideration of the prices. I do not think of the smaller part, but the price should be appropriate for this amount of food.
