Osteria Italian Kitchen - Championsgate

Went for an early dinner with a friend. Food was good. Needed a little bit more flavor. Customer service was good. Very attentive. But this is the first Italian restaurant I go to that your dinner does not include a salad or at least some bread. $30.00 for just pasta with chicken a drink and a tip seems very excessive to me.

Great food, all 7 of us enjoyed the different options available. Service was impeccable, our host for the evening was Erik and he was super informative, friendly and just brilliant. Would recommend going back.

So it 's rare for me to ever send food back, as I don 't like what might happen with a replacement. In this case it was easy. Firstly the restaurant: friendly service, not fast but thoroughly satisfactory. The place was deserted so they were not busy. Drink order was accurate and all was good. Then we ordered. My pizza came back so badly burned underneath I couldn 't eat it and I usually like my pizza we 'll done. Just a terrible sloppy job of leaving it in the oven 2 3 minutes too long. I did something I have never done: I walked back to the serving counter and showed the cook and said it was inedible. I did not want a replacement as I was done. No comment from the cook and no interest in doing anything about it anyway. No apology, just a stare. I walked away.My wife order chicken piccata and it was excessively flavored with lemon so she couldn 't eat that either, but at least that wasn 't burned.My server was embarrassed when he saw the pizza and he took the pizza off the bill. The chicken I paid for as it wasn 't burned, just not to our liking. I paid our bill and we left as hungry as we arrived and went elsewhere.Disappointing. Not recommended.

Went for dinner with my wife and son and both the food and service were fantastic! There was no wait and our server Jacob was very attentive and great with our 4 year old. We had the bruschetta and truffle fries for appetizers, both were great! I had the gnocchi and my wife had the fillet and both tasted fantastic! We even got the thumbs up from our 4 year old on his cheese pizza. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!Kid-friendliness: No specific kid menu listed on the actual menu but our server told us the kid menu available with ample choices.Parking: Plenty of parking.

Fantastic dining experience! The staff was happy and helpful, the food was excellent. Just be aware the tip is added to the bill.
