Le Royal, étape Gastronomique

Absolutely incredible. Having dinner at the Five and Bellefeuille, we were surprised to see how Le Royal was in their impressive decor, their meticulous food and their impeccable service. Obviously, the decor surrounds the theme of the king which is elegant and unique in French. I loved how the giant portrait was behind our seats. The wear of the table was so beautiful. We had the chance to have the same sommelier of Le Bellevue (when we had dinner the previous night) recommended a good bottle of champagne. Each dish was exquisite and served with lots of flavors. Delicious. The service was impeccable but some of the staff were a little too professional (cold). By explaining in English, they seemed to rush into the process and we were sometimes lost. Fantastic dinner, the sommelier was my favorite, umile and very worried about me! Very young and super voluntary staff, it would have been a pleasure not to have spoken to the chief! First gastronomic experience and I'm not disappointed. All the steps were delicious and original. The place is beautiful and the staff very nice, nothing to say.
