Portillo's - Champaign

Ordered delivery and got it hot and crispy with the frits. The Italian sausage and beef combo sandwich was good, but I wouldn't say I loved it. The chocolate cakeshake was great and I'll get it back.

Excellent service this evening at Portillo’s! The Champaign site is my favorite place of everything and continues to fail me! The guy who took our order was extremely friendly, but he misunderstood our order. This was not a problem because the chefs could give us a piece of tomatoes that was missed with a smile! These people work hard and seem to be – they definitely deserve a celebration, because this is the customer service that all companies should strive for!!

Portillo is amazing, flat from fantastic. Always good food and service. The big beef with sweet or spicy peppers is my happy place, drunk wet and kept under water, as it owes you 50 mice. The better the rainer!

The food was delicious as always! It was my first time to eat and it was wonderful. An employee named Tim brought me my food (as well as other tables) and made sure I had everything I needed. Overall it was a wonderful experience and the atmosphere was also fun! The spicy chicken sandwich was great, so was the chocolate cakeshake!

It's a busy busy place, but soooo worth it! Whenever I'm feeling a bit nostalgic for the food from Chicago, I'll come here. My go to is the Italian beef/sausage combo, the DELICIOUS fries, and a piece of chocolate cake.
