Guido's Grill - Champaign

I've been coming here for years. Every since it went from 1 Main to Gudio's. I love this Place! One of my Favorites. I'm there mostly every Thursdays. 25% off Martinis!! I've only had bad service here about three times that I can remember. So I'm very confused to the service we had Dec 1st. We got a table for My Boss's 60th Birthday Dinner. I was from out of town and was told this was a great place from a coworker. Ordered primerib sandwich which was excellent and loved the atmosphere. Very friendly people.

I will never go here again. On November 5, 2022. I reserved two tables at Guidos. As my family and friends were eating the security walked up to our table and told us we had to leave because a patron who was Caucasian felt threatened. I asked him hey I think u hv the wrong table but he said no u guys have to leave. I continued to ask what did we do? He continued to tell us we had to leave. It was my birthday. I felt it was racial. Good place open later than Big Grove so we moved across the street. Nice and accommodating.

I've been here a few times. The best thing I've had is probably the fried mushrooms. Everything else, including the burgers, is consistently pretty mediocre. The karaoke on Thursdays is not really karaoke. Can't hear anyone cause music's so loud, which is probably good when I'm the one singing but still, not really karaoke.
