Fleury Jean - Chamonix-Mont-Blanc

Sadly after being Camonix's best baguette and cake emporium, Madamme Fleury has retired and the shop has closed. She and her delicious cakes will be greatly missed.

Every time when I visit Chamonix I visit pain fleury for fresh croissants, pain au chocolat and other very tasty things. Always fresh and very tasty!

This is the closest bakery to our apartment so we tested and honestly we were pretty disappointed with the quality of the bread. So we took advantage of our little walk to go get the bread further, damage ...

I can't forget the succulent brioches, it's my reference, they're light, light, I'm forced to eat one more. When I was back in high school, I bought the favorite cake for my daughter and her cake was the white bread...All is delicious and the welcome is excellent.

This place had great variety of pastries that were fresh each day and very tasty. Great service, very friendly and reasonable price
