Sushi Hiro - Chambly

I have never dined in this restaurant, but the food is amazing. It is fresh, tasty... what is there to criticize? It is the only place I order sushi from in Chambly/Carignan.

This restaurant serves the best sushi in town. The fish portions are fresh and generous, with just the right amount of rice. I always request to substitute the nori paper with soy paper for a better taste of the fish. I highly recommend this place to all my friends as everyone is always very satisfied. I usually order takeout or pick up, so I cannot comment on the service inside the restaurant.

This charming sushi shop offers delivery to local homes. They charge a $5 delivery fee, which I believe should be waived considering the amount I have spent with them. The food is incredibly fresh and comes nicely packaged. They are generous with the ginger and wasabi, which I appreciate. I always order from their website and have only had one issue out of at least 10 orders, but they made it right by giving me something of higher value. I didn't mind, as it was delicious. I paid using a credit card and the delivery person, who happened to be the chef himself on more than one occasion, was very friendly. The staff is kind, polite, courteous, and they make delicious sushi. I highly recommend this shop to all sushi lovers.

Place an order to have it at 7:00 p.m. and that at 7.25 p.m. we didn't get anything and nobody calls and when I'm still told a good 15 minutes it's really ordinary. If I wanted to eat at 8:00, I'd ask for my order at 8:00. It's Thursday not a weekend night. Customer service is the minimum. I take the trouble to ask 30 minutes in advance the minimum is to call if it is impossible to produce my order that I turn to another alternative.

The value/price ratio of sushi is very good. freshness, taste, everything is there. the company could refine itself in terms of customer service, but it is acceptable. fast service and online order greatly facilitates the process.
