Excellent and creative chocolate. Successful family business for many generations. It's worth a visit right in downtown of Chambly.
The restaurant is very expensive. I visited in May and was quite satisfied with the quantity and quality of sorbets. However, when I went back to Chambly a few days ago in June, I noticed that they had reduced the size of the ice cream scoops by half but kept the prices the same. This is ridiculous!
Variety of handmade products. good taste,. to treat yourself or as a gift. the place to go.once and more.
