It was 7:39 on a Saturday when we ordered a flat white and a almond milk latte, but both coffees were weak and watery. We could only taste the milk in our drinks, and it seemed like the coffee grounds had been reused multiple times. It was disappointing to receive such weak coffee from a cafe. We hope they improve the quality of their coffee in the future.
The barista was very friendly and made my drink exactly how I like it!
The drive-thru service at this restaurant was extremely rude. I ordered a caramel brulée with extra caramel crumble pieces, but they had none. While waiting at the window, I noticed only a few caramel pieces on top. I mentioned this to the cashier before handing over my card, but she just brushed it off. Another worker handed me my drink and told me to pay at the window, mentioning that they needed to be told about the missing caramel. When I asked for clarification, she responded rudely and accused me of not ordering it correctly. The lack of communication and customer service skills among the staff was disappointing. Instead of making a simple apology and explanation, they chose to act defensively. I tried calling to speak to a manager, but no one answered. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed, and I do not recommend this restaurant.
Every time I go here, it's perfect! Drinks are always delicious and service is amazing! my favorite barista is lucy! always go out and friendly!
This SB never has any breakfast sandwich’s or bakery items in stock the workers move like sloths. Drive thru lines are always long!
