Canton House Chinese - Chamblee

The most horrible service. They handed me the lunch menu, when I asked for the dinner menu, waitress rudely threw it on my table. I asked for water with no ice and a straw. Waiter brought me water with ice and no straw. When I asked for a straw, waiter threw a straw on my table. My usual waitress saw me sit down, but she chose to attend another party that arrived after me. I usually tip this waitress between $10 and $15. This waitress started smiling at me when I was ready to pay my bill. She followed me to the cashier and started to apologize that the lunch crowd was busy. I told her that it was not busy. She asked if she could process my payment and I declined the offer and told her I will pay the cashier. I made sure I put in a big zero on the tips and took a picture of it. I will make sure I te my friends not to eat here, due to horrible customer service. I also called the owner in Duluth to complain about the rudeness.

We've been going to Canton House on and off meeting family for dim sum period probably 10-15 years or so. My last visit this past Sunday morning was just phenomenal. They have really picked up their game. Just amazing food everything was fresh hot there's a couple waiters that provide amazing service there. Really a world-class dim sum as good as any I've ever had in Boston New York out west

This place was actually pretty good. I went with 8 other people. Service was fine everything was fine. We got the bill and we noticed the gratuity right away. We were like there’s no way they gratuity 40% tip… Because my family works at a family restaurant and that’s def pretty high for grat I don’t know if they do this a lot to other people but I just want you guys to be careful and check your bill But overall this place was fine

I've had Dim Sum in various continents, countries, and different cities in the US. Dim Sum can be amazing. Unfortunately, don't expect an amazing experience at Canton House. It wasn't terrible... its was just bland. Flavorless. Nothing special. Totally forgettable. Will not be returning.

I'm confused, why are folks eating here? Super bland, no flavor, items off carts weren't fresh and overcooked. Had to ask for menu, had to ask for waiter to take order, AC wasn't working, so hot in there! Not great.
