Osmoze Bistrot - Chambéry

Good reception, very quiet area: the campagnard salad (plat is perfect for a balanced lunch! (available also in the entrance the fish dish of the day was very appreciable too! Do not hesitate to follow the knight that indicates it on the main street...

The Osmoze is a subtle balance of bistrot and gastro, the advantages without the disadvantages. A cosy and intimate atmosphere upstairs, friendly and industrial at the bar. The boss and his waitress are passionate about quality, it's not wrong. An accessible map, fresh and well-worked products, associations of original flavours without too much being and a still nice visual. I can imagine a romantic evening in the room upstairs as well as a rugby evening with a bunch of friends. I tested their Caesar salad (good and copier), a gnocchi dish with a sauce amongggiano and beautiful slices of black truffle, as well as the straciatella tartines of their new cards. A treat! If the location can not hit especially because just outside the historic center, the kitchen really deserves a great judgement! The chef's croutons were delicious is very well presented and so the rest of the dinner. To this you add a good service, friendly and kind!

New map for the summer season with excellent dishes to share for the aperitif, and a perfect map. The sauces are delicious!! We will return without hesitation, very pleasant service. Everything was perfect!
