Villette - Cham

Terrible service! we wanted to have ice cream. So I said to have the woman at the entrance ice cream, and she said there is no table free. only if I insisted that there is much free, she gave us one. during our 1...h stay most tables remained empty. then waited forever to order, and again had to go to the restaurant to pay as no one showed up outside. sad that such an amazing situation has so terrible service staff.

Had a drink and spontaneous dinner with a friend. The food was delicious and reasonably priced (for the fantastic view and eating in the Zug area). The service was attentive, only three tables were taken due to the bad weather. All in all a good...experience, but can understand that this might be different when crowded...

Alles passt.

We regularly go to the Villa Villette whether it is for coffee and croissant in the morning, lunch or dinner. It has such a great outlook that it has a huge advantage over others. The food is always good and the service pushes the experience to 5 stars. See you again soon.
