The very next day after posting my review I had a free drink card taped to my mobile order for the previous day's mishap. Since then I am greeted frequently, which is a really nice change. Should it have taken a two star review to be treated with a little kindness? No. Should it have taken a year and a half to be treated like a regular customer should be treated? No. HOWEVER, the staff at this location has truly made an effort to do better I feel like I should repay their kindness with an updated review and improved rating. Original review: I don’t have very good luck at this Starbucks location. I have purchased coffee from here almost every weekday for a year and a half. In that time I’ve frequently received regular milk in my drink instead of coconut milk (I have a milk allergy so not fun), been ignored at the counter when trying to inquire about my order, and then today’s experience of watching everyone in line order and receive their drinks while I waited for my mobile order (that I placed 10 minutes prior to arrival) to be taken off the machine and processed. I wish I could say this was the first time that happened but it’s definitely not. Save yourself the time, money and frustration and go to the local coffee place down the block.
The Starbucks in downtown Chagrin Falls is definitely one of my favorite locations to visit. The baristas are incredibly friendly and always take the time to chat with you, creating a nice small-town atmosphere. Plus, my drinks always turn out exactly as I ordered them.
This is a lovely and cozy spot to relax with a cup of tea and a pastry on a Saturday morning. The baristas are quick, kind, and friendly, providing excellent service.
The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance, and the staff are very friendly. The food is delicious, making it worth the price.
After ten years, I finally made it to this place. I had a gift card, so I decided to check it out. The shop is spacious yet cozy, with plenty of tables for two, and the seating area through the vintage-style windows adds to the charm. The staff welcomed us warmly and were happy to answer our questions. I'm not a fan of heavy roasts, so I went for a blonde coffee, which was excellent. We also tried the chocolate croissant and a hot egg sandwich, both of which were trendy and delicious. I'm definitely coming back!
