Bad place. For the first time I ate industrial cured meats in an Umbrian restaurant... first courses with discount pasta (tortellini, stringozzi which were tagliolini), sauce based on tomato puree, salad in a bag and finally a dessert made up of two gold saiwa with an ambiguous butter-based cream in the middle... terrible service (a gentleman who mumbles). Lunch to be good cheap tagliatelle with ragout without meat (diluted with tomato sauce) truffle stringozzi with a banal tasteless truffle sauce; for €16 I would have asked for at least a couple of slices of truffle, the same goes for the scallops with truffle (same seasoning and absence of truffle shavings) Very cold place not to mention the pizza served blatantly and free of charge to fellow villagers. €80 for a good lunch!!!!
