Really big ice cream, but extremely rude staff and with a nose that touches the ground!

I took my young daughter who has coeliac disease to this gelateria because they have AIC certification. Despite asking for an ice cream for a coeluac sufferer, the girl who served me had absolutely no idea and gave us ice cream from the same tub where I had watched her colleague hold a normal gluten cone 3 mins before, thus allowing for contamination from crumbs. She had no idea what coeliac's was and her msnager stepped in and was incredibly rude and patronising. This is not safe for coeliac sufferers and I have signalled it to AIC. There are serious establishments like Grom, where ALL staff are properly trained and the ice cream is excellent. Avoid avoid avoid.

You want excellent ice cream go there. Enjoy melon, pinella, Lindt, lemon... All favorite are excellent.

But i thought it could have been better. Initially it's a matter of taste, as they wish to be gourment....but personally i found it so and so If helpfull i have also to post my concern on the relationship quantity&price....small the first one and bit high the second one At the end of the day, we found another one considerably better(see my other reviews) We
