We celebrated our wedding at il Gato Nero, The amazing owner Beba designed a truly dream event, with a perfect table, cake and setting, which will always remain in our memories, The team looked after us well and the food was delicious. We couldn't have found anywhere better to celebrate our day. Beba's vision and design are truly outstanding. I want to thank them for all their hard work.

From the assumption that 3 is a full sufficiency! This historic place enjoys a privileged location with a truly suggestive lake view and the location is well-kept! the staff is young and friendly! a veranda with large windows that allow almost to the whole room to admire the famous como lake! the balanced menu between meat and fish with vegetarian proposals! ask how car parking works because unfortunately in these areas it is not always easy! dishes are cooked discreetly even if the value of money is slightly unfavorable! However it is also to try to say that you were eating at the black cat, a place frequented by george clooney at the time of his stay at villa oleandra in laglio!

Very frustrating experience Restaurant was suggested by a close friend of ours but service, flavours and ambiance was extremely inferior to our expectations. Rainy and cold night and behind our table was a huge gap in the wall of glass bringing lot of cold . Cacio e pepe risotto had a peculiar sour flavour all 3 adults who ordered it had the same opinion) After 5 minutes we kindly mentioned that to the waiter and ordered other pasta The waiter asked us if … we have previous experience of this dish . Our answer was affirmative and of course different to that diagusting flavour and he came again 10 minutes later saying that the kitchen is closed and no further orders were accepted except for desert . Finally, risotto was shamelessly added to our bill! What a great disappointment ! We strongly discourage everyone from visiting this place
