U Buatt - CERIGNOLA

The negative reviews are irrelevant and do not give the real value of this restaurant. I am a lover of discovery and good food, I travel a lot for the work I do so I often find myself eating in restaurants. I come to Cerignola every other month and I have already tried a long list of restaurants. Just last night, after months of reporting, I was finally able to go to U'buat. What can I say, it's the best restaurant I've eaten in Cerignola for the moment! Everything was perfect, each dish was lovingly plated, with a unique and refined taste, each ingredient felt fresh and tasty and not over the top, the meat was truly something that still echoes in my taste buds. And alas, this is someone who suffers from digestive problems and who immediately senses if something is wrong on his plate. This night, after several nights spent with the weight on my stomach, I was able to sleep peacefully. Not insignificant details in a food world that increasingly pays little attention to the choice of products to earn a few extra euros. Obviously super amazed at the price, no more than 20 euros for eating two super abundant starters, mixed meat and potatoes, beer, water and a super refined dessert! Perhaps the service, as someone pointed out, may have even been slow, but as I always say to restaurants that are really worth something, to eat well, to do things well, it takes time, so thank you for making me wait those minutes in more but for giving me a dinner that I can't wait to have again in January when I return to Cerignola! Be wary of appearances and... when you write a review go into detail, it takes a moment to shoot nonsense...! Until next time!

Central place where you can eat appetizers, sandwiches, pizza. My purely personal opinion and that the products served could be improved in terms of freshness and preservation, hoping it is a similar case and not a routine one. Friendly and helpful owner.

Locale visitato più di una volta quindi ho avuto la possibilità di assaggiare più volte la pizza,i numerosi antipasti e i fantastici dolci finali. Tutto ottimo !!! Pizza super leggera e ingredienti freschi ....complimenti a Gerry e al suo staff!!
