All in the unison we have emphasized ..that were cooked dishes... better than in Rome. Really a surprise..!!! Then comes the owner and tells us about the taking of the club right at the beginning of Pandemia. his personal calvary....and care in buying the raw materials strictly of the Roman countryside. So we all take a plate of pork and chicory jumped into the pan. Very good dishes. Then sweet and ice cream for children. Honest price. We'll come back and come back. I highly recommend. PS: I forgot... we went because one of my children is celiac. The owner's wife is celiac.
The one at the pink inn is not the first experience but it was definitely the best. I went to dinner on Saturday night with my partner and wanted to eat the real cacio and pepper, done as a rule of art. And I was definitely satisfied. Creamy and tasty at the right point. Even my partner who took the same thing was very satisfied. As I think I opted for a roast beef with rocket and grain while he for the tongue in green sauce. Finally sweet (semifreddo al torroncino) only for me. All good and tasty. With half a liter of wine, water and a coffee in everything we spent 55€. Adequate price and portions however abundant. For those who want to taste Roman cuisine definitely a place to keep in mind
5 first pessimis, 3 dishes of pork that is an 'offesa call it pork, 3 contours of cicorino jumped in pan, 5 desserts not of the house, 2 coffee 1 bottle of poor wine, the beauty of 160 euros! Congratulations, if that's how you expect to make your customers, live the presumption! I would argue to start on the first: Carbonara, Gricia and Amatriciana, for all 3 same size of pasta! all the tonnarelli or better the square spaghetti! The format would also be the least problem if it was not for the poor quality of the condiments. We don't talk about that. A roast of pork heated by bad quality! Sauteed vegetables, perhaps the only thing eatable, and the desserts idem! The goodness of a restaurant's cuisine is subjective, not all tastes are at the right mint? Meanwhile I was amazed to see that menu “er menu”!
