This restaurant is really extraordinary! I loved the attention to details of decoration, the table set up and the food presentation. The exposed bricks and wood are perfect with unique and modern choices for the lamps and decorations on the table to make it for a high-end, but relaxing, culinary experience. The service is probably something that this region has never seen. The servers have white gloves and the cook comes table side to explain the unique history and concept of each plate. We chose a tasting menu that offers a taste of French cuisine perfectly mixed with local taste and tradition. It's a must if you're in Molise!

Beautiful location with several rooms very well looked after in detail. Perfect service with fast pace and a lot of professionalism. Amazing dishes, delicate but at the same time full of taste. All exceptionally impeccable and compliments for the courage to have believed in a land in which to believe it is in few.
