I made a reservation months in advance, then a week and a half after the reservation the hotel canceled my stay without even communicating, I only received an email saying that they canceled the reservation as I requested. When they first called me they said they canceled the reservation, that they had high demand and they offered me a much more expensive room. They didn't mind leaving me without accommodation when I made the reservation with enough time, they only cancel client reservations because they want to take advantage of the demand they have for an event. They should be clear in their prices and not cancel reservations without caring about the clients they leave in the air. Bad attention.
