I was with my family recently and had dinner. At the same time we wanted to reserve a table for 15 people, for a birthday, for a Monday. We thought, since it 's nice weather outside to reserve a gazebo. From the beginning the person in charge of reservations started to reason that probably 15 people will not fit at the table in the gazebo, which seemed strange to me. The gazebo looked quite large, probably enough for 20 people. It was only from the 3rd attempt that I understood what their purpose was, for example from 4 tables in a gazebo, respectively they want to use them to the maximum, lest there be any free tables, i.e. they wanted 15 people to seat them at two tables, and two other tables in the same gazebo to remain free for possibly other customers, to the argument that it will still be a birthday, he said that it doesn 't matter, and that on a Monday I repeat. They insisted and tried to convince us to reserve a table in the restaurant. With difficulty we came to the solution of reserving our gazebo and arranging 3 tables for us, one to remain separate for other customers. Another moment was with the torch, if you want to bring the torch from home, you have to pay 500 lei for permission, or order only from someone specific who indicates them. A day after the reservation, they called us from the restaurant and warned us that if we want to stay in the gazebo, a minimum consumption of 1000 lei/person is required, otherwise they do not accept. So from the start a totally aggressive and wrong attitude towards potential customers. I had the impression that I had reserved a VIP table on a Saturday at the Top Discotheque. The prices are also not among the sweetest . 1350 lei for 1 hour and a half for two adults and two children. Of course, I canceled the reservation, quite arrogant behavior towards the customers until the end even though they tried not to show it, and some completely crazy conditions, both with the minimum consumption and with the policy of occupying the tables. I went for the 3rd time but I don 't think I will go again, nor do I recommend it to others. The administration has only one goal to make as much money as possible, at what price and what will be the impression of the customers, it doesn 't matter. This can be seen with the naked eye. Shame, they took over the place from the former Poiana Nucului restaurant and instead of improving, they are ruining everything even more. Just doing business, that 's their motto. I do not recommend

Excellent food, especially the chakapuli lamb stew. Decent prices. We were greeted by a young and blond picolo who did not know Romanian and who told us in English that the kitchen was already closed. We didn't understand each other at all, although we speak fluent English, ruski niet, we wouldn't have been upset if he was Georgian and spoke in Georgian. It was late in the evening, before 10 o'clock. I called a girl, she knew Romanian, we were served immediately with everything we wanted. Strange.... And thank the girl, we really were Flemish. For drivers, I recommend the fruit compote. For vegans, the 3 dumplings of ground walnuts and beans, spinach and beetroot and the pot of vegetables. To eat, lamb and more lamb! I tasted the Georgian house wine, it's not bad but not exceptional, it's within the price shown. Georgian music muted, pleasant. Only 3 stars for the location/ambiance because it's a bit far, Waze helps you stuttering, but the road was worth driving. I'll be back, bypassing that rude little guy.
