Not my favourite French restaurant, but its half decent and here is whyFirst some minor things which annoyed me a little.
Prescott's has the best food in Rochester. It is our favorite restaurant for good food, friendly service and quiet conversations!
Excellent food! This is a restaurant that we often go to when we celebrate a special occasion. The owners are great people and they will accommodate you with changes to the dish to make it what you need.
