I ordered about $20 worth of items, waited until everything was ready, and then left. The atmosphere was extremely unpleasant and sour because of the staff. Don't waste your time or mine.
If I could give them a 0, I would. This was one of the worst experiences ever at a restaurant. I ordered a pink drink with matcha sweet cream cold foam, but instead they gave me a green pink drink with matcha inside and regular sweet cream on top. The drink looked and tasted terrible. My sister ordered a matcha frappuccino and it tasted like seafood. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this restaurant in Washington. Do not waste your money here! I should have listened to my cousin who had a bad experience in Grande Ronde. She warned me about this restaurant in Washington.
Brooke at this restaurant is absolutely lovely! As we walked through the Tesla chargers to grab a refreshing drink, Brooke took the time to inquire about our day and engage in pleasant conversation. It's the small gestures like these that truly make the experience special and delightful.

Let me 1st say that I’ve always been a Starbucks lover have great rapport with many staff members at OTHER nearby locations. However THIS location, Centralia WA, has always been a bad experience for me! I get pushback when I ask for my drink to be made as ordered in the app, I get pushback when I ask for a certain of scoops of the fruit inclusions. The odd thing is that I’m never asking for more than what was ordered charged for yet the staff acts like I’m asking for a gold bar for free treats me like a petulant child when I try to request that they please just make a the beverages as I ordered it. They also act as if the extras I ask for (and PAY for) are coming out of their own checks! I’m not asking for anything free, I just want what I ordered how I ordered it without being given a hard time about it! It’s almost every single visit!My experience has been that When I pick up beverages for other people in my family who have their own account there is never an issue with their drinks and it’s always customized to the max, I only ever get pushback when it’s MY mobile order!In a rural setting there aren’t many options of going to another location I don’t feel like I should HAVE to go somewhere else just to get my Starbucks beverages made as ordered paid for! My request is NOT unreasonable yet I’m treated like a Nuisance every time I place an order at THIS location! Chehalis a Grand Mound have far superior customer service have never had a negative experience at either of them. The opposite is true of this, Centralia, location.
